We specialize in all Commercial assets ranging from single net tenant buildings to over a half million square feet of space. We take the time to learn every aspect of the property – the fundamental physical characteristics, the neighborhood in which they are located, and the markets they serve. We are boots on the ground and act as a combination property management, Landlord advisor, and owner’s representative. We work with any ownership structure – individuals, trusts, even lien companies. Our main goal is to increase owners NOI and provide customer service that is second to none.

Horizon Management has developed a strong reputation with institutional clients, out of state & out of country clients, and local investors. We manage, maintain and add value to their asset(s), as well as provide full accounting services that ensure the property financials are accurate. With innovative operations and up to date accounting software, our accounting team has the same fiduciary responsibilities and reporting knowledge as any large institutional firm.

Our structure is unique – management fees are an appropriate and consistent property ownership expense that is typically passed on to the tenants. By having a strong property management role, we are able to offer much lower than market commission arrangements and no construction fees. Our services include managing contracts, checking in on space, etc.
