We are boots on the ground and act as a combination property management, Landlord advisor, and owner’s representative. We work with any ownership structure – individuals, trusts, even lien companies. Our main goal is to increase owners NOI and provide customer service that is second to none.

We manage, maintain and add value to their asset(s), as well as provide full accounting services that ensure the property financials are up to date and as accurate as possible. Our structure is unique – management fees are an appropriate and consistent property ownership expense that is typically passed on to the tenants.  By having a strong property management role, we are able to offer much lower than market commission arrangements and no construction fees.  Our services include managing contracts, checking in on space, etc.
