Jason Lenhoff joined Horizon Realty Services in September of 2000. It was always a dream and focus of his to work alongside with his father, Stuart, since he was a little boy. First duties were to manage a database that was originally hand written on index cards in a three ring binder, and transfer all material to a computerized program. Within a year after joining Horizon, Jason obtained his real estate license and began his career in brokerage.
Along the way, Lenhoff gained much valued tenant’s to represent, including: Empire Beauty Schools, Kilwins Fudge & Ice Cream, and The Great Escape. It has always been important to Jason that he learn exactly what the needs and expectations are of each client. In doing so, he has been able to identify the right opportunities and negotiate the best deal for them. Learning the inner workings of each retailer has been something Jason has valued, helping him successfully support each client’s expansion and site selection.
In addition to tenant representation, Jason has focused on maintaining and building relationships with shopping center owners. Over the years, he has successfully brokered many deals both small and large, in addition to selling shopping centers. Lenhoff has always stressed the importance of knowing how the market shifts so that he can keep his clients informed of market value and direction. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is recognized in the community as a Leasing Specialist.
Lenhoff is a proud graduate of Roosevelt University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialty focus on Marketing. On a personal level, Jason and his wife Tara reside in Mundelein, and are the proud parents of three beautiful girls.
